Description

Food supplement based on high-concentration pure melatonin (1.9 mg of melatonin) with a pleasant lemon aroma in a comfortable sublingual spray applicator, which helps to improve its assimilation to help you fall asleep.

Ingredients

Water, Fructose, Flavour (lemon), Melatonin, Thickener (xanthan gum), Acidity regulator (citric acid), Preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).

How to use

For adults: take 6 sprays (0.6 ml = 1.9 mg of melatonin), half an hour before going to sleep.

For children from 3 years: administer between 1 spray (0.1 ml = 0.32 mg melatonin) and 3 sprays (0.3 ml = 0.95 mg melatonin).

It is recommended to take this product always at the same time, for falling asleep.

It also can be taken during the night in order to restore sleep taking 2 sprays.
