New research agreement between UCAM and Plameca

We are pleased to announce the new agreement between the Catholic University San Antonio, also known as Catholic University of Murcia or UCAM, and Plameca for research.

This is a two-year agreement whose objective is to carry out evidence-based studies on the efficacy of Plamecaen's food supplements in collaboration with the various research groups at UCAM.

It is an agreement that will benefit both parties, as explained to us:

"For UCAM it is a very interesting opportunity to bring the university closer to the company, for both students and teachers to understand what are the requirements that companies have in the field of research, to lend their facilities and their knowledge in the development of new projects of the company and, on the other hand, the company also to publicize and communicate the know-how and scientific knowledge in the development of new food products."

Maria Isabel Vasallo, Director San Antonio Technologies, Spin Off UCAM

"It is about being able to look for synergies between the work done at UCAM and what we also intend to do at Plameca, which is to provide evidence of efficacy but with scientific rigor for the products we put on the market."

Josep Manuel Llabrés, Research and Development Director Plameca

"It's important to be able to jointly research new ingredients, in the spirit of being able to give people greater well-being, which is the goal we have at Plameca."

Óscar Fernández, Plameca's CEO

A goal shared by UCAM, which puts at the service of society each of the projects it promotes in terms of scientific activity.
