Bulking agent (cellulose), magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agents (fatty acid diglycerides, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), complexed curcumin (humectant (beta-cyclodextrin), and Curcuma longastandardized in total curcuminoids), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Take two tablets a day with a meal, although according to need, they can be taken in two separate doses, one with each meal.
