  • 225 g pumpkin puree
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 75 g coconut sugar
  • 45 g hazelnut flour
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • A pinch of salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise. Turn half the pumpkin upside down and bake for about 35 minutes.
  2. Lower the oven to 180ºC and melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
  3. Let the melted chocolate and pumpkin puree cool.
  4. Mix the pumpkin puree with the melted chocolate, eggs, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, coconut sugar, hazelnut flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and pinch of salt.
  5. Mix until smooth. Grease a baking pan with coconut oil and pour the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes and do not unmold until cool.
