- 6 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- One sachet of unsweetened soda (tiger) or one teaspoon of yeast
- 6 egg whites
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well until it thickens. We recommend you to grind the flax seeds first.
- Put the dough in a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes at 180ºC.
