How to prepare cauliflower pizza

A pizza with cauliflower dough? Yes, it's possible, and it's delicious! A healthier way of eating pizza without remorse is possible, we prove it to you!

You may have already heard of cauliflower pizza. Whether you have or not, we encourage you to try it - you'll be surprised!

Ingredients for the cauliflower pizza dough

  • 110 g grated cheese
  • 150 g of grated cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt

Ingredients for coating

  • 60 ml tomato sauce
  • 50 gr of grated cheese
  • 50 gr mozzarella cheese
  • 10 olives
  • 1/4 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • Oregano to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Place the grated cauliflower, cheese, eggs and a pinch of salt in a bowl and stir well.
  3. Using a spatula, spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a circle 28 cm in diameter.
  4. Bake the table for about 20 minutes.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce, cheese, olives, peppers and onions. Sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Raise the oven temperature to 210ºC and bake the cauliflower pizza for about 10 minutes.
